I love cooking but I’m tired most evenings. I like my food to be healthy but fast and easy. If I can’t make it and serve it in less than an hour, I’m [usually] not cooking it. As someone who works full time and takes classes part-time, I don’t have a lot of extra time.
I also read, a lot. I read everything: Catalogues, James Patterson’s thrillers, Young Adult Lit, Hemingway, the TV Guide, Lucky Magazine, Readers Digest, Cookbooks…if it’s bound and has words, I’ll probably read it.
